Together official travel “Universal International Agency” & Organizing Committee have signed contract with official championships hotels and we guarantee to all participants who book in advance enough rooms for any budget.
Advantages.
No transportation required. Hotel Complex “Yalta-Intourist” is the main venue of the Championships. All other offered Hotels are on walking distance from the “Yalta-Intourist”, where will be Accreditation Centre, secretary, touristic information desk and participants' activities zone.
Welcome Desks will be in proposed hotels only.
Payment for chosen accommodation is possible online directly through the web-site by credit card or via invoice.

Terms of payment.
Hotel has a right to cancel reservation which not paid or not paid in full. Hotel will notify you before canceling your reservation on this matter. Reservation which paid in full is granted and can not be canceled by Hotel. You may pay for your reservation by Credit Card at http://hotel-yalta.com/ or Bank draft.
Cancelation policy for XIII European Masters Championships participants.
In case that you would like to cancel already paid reservation you will get 100% refund if cancelation will be made until 2nd of July 2011. All cancelation after this date will not be possible and no refund will be issued.
